Canapes Seated Dining Shared platters Degustation Speciality

Shared Platter Dining

A fun and communal way to dine with large groups of people. This style of dining allows your guests to sample a range of Two Brothers dishes, but does not restrict you to the normal constraints of seated dining.

Main Course Platters.

Roasted, boned duck, bamboo & wood ear fungus, braised eggplant, bok choy, Szechuan sauce
Chermoula marinated loin of lamb, lamb borek (Turkish spiced pastry), yoghurt cheese
Salt and pepper red snapper, stir fried roasted shallot, ginger and garlic stem, toasted rice dressing
Rolled wagyu, braised salsify, avocado puree, sesame dressing
Grilled portabello mushrooms, green olive polenta, white truffle parmesan

All main courses served with bread and leaf salad

Accompaniments
Roasted seasonal vegetable, sherry vinegar dressing
Kipfler potato, green bean, caper & parsley
Fatouche – Lebanese salad with pomegranate dressing
Cos lettuce, egg, blue cheese mayonnaise
