Harris smoked salmon, blinis, capers, crème fraiche
Spinach and fetta boreks(middle eastern pastry,) pomegranate dipping sauce
Tortilla, boiled eggs, green olives, white andchovy, avocado
Potato scones, cheddar, apple chutney
Spiced ricotta, lemon and honey filos
Mushroom caps filled with gruyere and pinenuts
Turkish carrot kofta with tomato and yoghurt dipping sauces
Bacon and onion quiches or vegetarian quiches
Australian and imported farmhouse cheese, fig and fennel croutes, dried fruit
Roatsed filled vegetables, veal and rice, roasted tomato sauce
Chicken bacon and mushroom galantine, relish, croutes
Roasted filled vegetables with ricotta and parmesan risotto, roast tomato sauce

Each platter may have only one selection
Each platter contains minimum of 35 pieces
