Stuart MacDonald – Head chef

Stuart has many years experience in Adelaide. He has worked before with the Brothers, and they are glad to have him on board. Sous chef at The Melting Pot for 4 years, with Zach, and also head chef positions in Adelaide and overseas. He brings experience and a great passion for food to the team. He has the same passion for hand crafted foods, particularly in small goods & the science of food.
